The project at a glance

Kathmann relied on the experienced energy expert Techem from Eschborn to supply the Dünenresidenz in Cuxhaven. In addition to Hessian know-how, the innovative building therefore also includes the expansion of sustainable heat generation with pellet boilers in the north. Techem took over the planning, construction and operation of the heating system for the apartment building with vacation apartments.
