New life in the heart of the financial metropolis

A new “old town life” is being created on approximately 7000 m². In the middle of Frankfurt’s historic city center, the historic old town is experiencing its renaissance with the DomRömer quarter. The historic alleys, romantic squares and magnificent patrician houses were bustling with colorful life and hustle and bustle until they were destroyed in World War II.

The Dom Römer project at a glance

Pubs, stores and craftsmen in the quarter between the cathedral and the Römer have always acted as points of attraction for citizens and visitors alike. The city of Frankfurt wants to bring this lifestyle back to the center of Frankfurt. Techem made a decisive contribution: a billing concept for all construction sites and the equipment with measuring devices for heat, cold and water.
