Planning & Installation
We determine which rooms in your property smoke alarms need to be installed in and plan what devices we need to mount there. We install the smoke alarms in accordance with state building regulations and DIN standard 14676**. You can also save yourself time-consuming appointments with your tenants: We inform and instruct your tenants and provide them with operating instructions.
** Smoke alarms must be installed in bedrooms, children’s rooms, and in hallways and rooms that serve as escape routes; in Berlin and Brandenburg, in all common rooms.
Operation & Maintenance
Installation alone is often not enough. Landlords must also ensure inspection and troubleshooting. The smoke detectors we use make it easy for you by using wireless technology. The technology built into the devices enables complete remote inspection.
