One basis for Techem’s wide-ranging product solutions is the interoperable digital radio infrastructure that has been further developed over decades. The data acquisition devices and sensors networked in this manner, as well as the pool of energy and process data based on them, provide the foundation for optimizing and automating workflows in real estate. Data protection and data security are top priorities.

Techem already achieves a radio read rate of around 84 percent, which is high by industry standards. The goal is for 90 percent of the devices in European properties to be remotely readable by 2025.
