Compliance at Techem

At Techem, we attach great importance to behaving with integrity and acting, of course, in accordance with applicable law. Compliance is an important multiplier in this regard and therefore reports directly to the CEO as a staff function.

Issues such as the prevention of bribery and corruption, compliance with antitrust and competition law, fraud prevention, and the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing are anchored in the company through a compliance management system that encompasses the entire Techem Group in terms of how it is viewed and how it works.

As one of the leading service partners for green and smart buildings, we are aware of our responsibility towards our customers, business partners and society and attach great importance to business conduct with integrity. This is especially important in light of Techem's significant market position - and the increased competition law requirements that come with it. In addition to our day-to-day work, our Techem Code of Conduct also serves as a clear commitment and ambassador to convey our understanding of values from the inside to the outside. This is supplemented by in-depth guidelines, leaflets and training courses.

Employees and external third parties have various contact and reporting channels at their disposal to inform the Compliance Department about suggestions, concerns or violations. We take every tip seriously, follow it up with due diligence and take appropriate action or consequences if necessary.
