Consumers are entitled to apply for settlement of disputes relating electricity and gas supply for arbitration proceedings at the arbitration board Energie e. V. This is based on the prerequisite that the suppliers customer service has been contacted and no common satisfactory solution has been found. Techem is obliged to participate in the arbitration proceedings in this case.
