IT Infrastructure Hardware & Software responsible (m/f/X) - IT Service Desk

Location: Brussels

Type of contract: Permanent - Full time

Your energy is required!

• When processing service request tickets, you follow the tickets closely until they are implemented in accordance with the quality standards and the end-user or requestor is satisfied.
  
• You take the responsibility to coordinate all network and infrastructure issues and work with our external service providers.
  
• You act as the interface between the local management/staff and HQ IT department in Germany (English speaking) to assure business continuity and actively manage the local Active Directory.
  
• You’re hands-on and help end-users with the new MS 365 applications.
  
• After proper internal training you know how to create new user’s /delete users in our specific software platforms.
  
• We know that the selection and management of our end-user hardware shopping cart is in the best hands with you - as well as the control of end-user rollouts including software and hardware. Last but not least, you act reliably as a service manager in the field of desktop management.
  
• You will maintain the reporting and documentation of IT equipment within the CMDB (Configuration Management Data Base).
  
• IT procurement for 3 sites (Brussels/Liege and Luxemburg)

What you bring along:

• Completed training in the IT sector (m/f/d)
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of work described above
• Very good spoken and written English/French/Dutch
• The ability to recognize complex relationships and to find targeted solutions Intercultural competence, strong communication and negotiation skills
