Michael Nilles is Co-CEO of Techem Group. He holds this position in addition to his role on Techem’s Advisory Board. Michael Nilles’s previous operational positions have included Chief Digital & Information Officer at Henkel, Chief Digital Officer at Schindler, and CEO of Schindler Digital Business. He also has many years of experience serving on the supervisory boards of companies such as Lufthansa, Adevinta, and technology ventures like FogHorn Systems.
Ulrich Schiller is Co-CEO of Techem Group.
Before joining Techem, Ulrich Schiller was Managing Director of HOWOGE. There, his responsibilities included key business areas such as asset and portfolio management, new construction, and IT.
Prior to this, he spent more than eleven years in various leadership positions at Vonovia, most recently as managing director. In this role, he gained extensive experience in the housing industry as well as in managing large operational units.
Olaf Heinz is the Chief Financial Officer (acting) of the Techem Group. Before joining Techem, he held various finance and controlling positions at Deutsche Bank, IBM, and GfK. In addition, he has more than twenty years of international experience in finance, controlling, and banking. At Techem, he initially served as Head of Controlling, where he was responsible for the Group’s strategic planning as well as its financial and operational controlling. As CFO (acting), he now oversees the financial functions of the Techem Group and supports the implementation of the corporate strategy.
Patrick Molck-Ude is Chief Executive Of ficer (CEO) International at Techem Energy Services GmbH. As a member of the Executive Board, he is responsible for Techem’s international business. Before joining Techem, Patrick Molck-Ude was Managing Director of T-Systems International GmbH. There, he was responsible for the global telecommunications business for national and international business customers. Prior to that, he held various leadership positions and gained extensive management experience at international companies, including IBM and Deutsche Telekom. In these roles, he established and further developed national and international organizations.
Nicolai Kuß is member of the management board at Techem Energy Services GmbH. In this role, he oversees all activities related to the company’s customers.
Previously, from March 2019 onward, he served as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and was specifically responsible for sales and customer management, as well as the contracting division. Nicolai had been Techem’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) since December 2016 and therefore responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations.
A graduate in business administration, he began his career in 1999 at the management consultancy Ernst & Young and subsequently gained extensive experience in the real estate industry: For example, he worked in the German management of the Fortress Investment Group and was then responsible for the operational business of the GAGFAH Group for six years as COO and member of the Executive Board.
Before joining Techem, he was Chief Investment Officer and member of the Executive Board of Deutsche Immobilien Chancen Group.
