Sustainability Strategy

Techem consistently aligns its corporate strategy with climate protection, digitalization, and the transformation of the building sector. With measurable goals, clear responsibilities, and concrete measures, the company continuously refines its solutions, processes, and structures.

Embedded at all layers

At Techem, sustainability is firmly established as a cross-functional priority. The goal is to identify key impacts, risks, and opportunities, make them transparent, and translate them into strategic actions.

Ongoing dialogue with relevant stakeholders is a central component of our corporate governance and helps us identify key sustainability issues early on, further develop our strategy, and tailor solutions specifically to the needs of our stakeholders.

Since 2021, Techem has been a participant in the United Nations Global Compact and is committed to its ten principles in the areas of human rights, labor standards, the environment, and anti-corruption. These principles serve as an important framework for our sustainability management. We regularly report on our progress as part of our annual Communication on Progress (CoP).
