Social Responsibility at Techem

As one of the largest data processors in our industry, data protection and security are fundamental to our business. We manage all data-related processes through a dedicated data protection management system and ensure that the necessary safeguards are implemented and continuously monitored.

Our goals and achievements

• Employee satisfaction across the Techem Group has continued to improve: the Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) rose to 25 in the 2025 financial year, placing it firmly in positive territory. 

• Techem actively supports the advancement of women through dedicated development programs for high‑potential female employees. In the 2025 financial year, we again met our target of achieving a minimum 50% share of women in these programs.

• Techem did not receive any critical data protection complaints regarding the handling of customer data in the last fiscal year. Our training rate for data and information security reaches nearly all employees across all employment groups every year, underscoring the consistent implementation of this measure.
