Corporate Responsibility

On this page, you will find all key information about our ethical guidelines and the standards that guide our conduct as a company.

Taking responsibility

For Techem, corporate responsibility means acting in accordance with clearly defined guidelines. These include compliance requirements, internal control mechanisms, and ethical standards. This enables us to create transparency, minimize risks, and secure long-term trust among customers, partners, and investors.

Techem is committed to ethical business practices, including fair competition, transparent pricing, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and the prevention of corruption. Our corporate governance policy also extends to the protection of the data of customers and tenants in buildings equipped with our devices, as well as the protection of their privacy.

These priorities are anchored in the Techem Code of Conduct and our compliance management system and reinforced by our commitment to the fair and respectful treatment of all employees. We also apply environmental and social criteria when selecting our suppliers and require them to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct.

Our goals and achievements

  • No cases of corruption were identified within the Techem Group in the 2025 financial year. To prevent corruption, we rely on binding codes of conduct, clear guidelines for corruption prevention, regular training, and an anonymous reporting channel.

  • Our goal is to train 100% of relevant employees worldwide on compliance requirements each year - and we already reach nearly all of them. To achieve this, we rely on a binding code of conduct, supplementary guidelines, and regular training.
