Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sofia for a Sales Back Office International position. The role involves providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, assisting in customer-related processes, and ensuring effective communication between sales and other departments. Responsibilities include processing customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, coordinating training sessions, and supporting the sales management team in optimizing workflows and processes.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Preparing offers based on competitive bids or internal templates
  • Supporting the Inside Sales team by handling the “simpler” offers
  • Interpreting technical documentation and competitive offers
  • Selecting the right products from the company’s modular portfolio

Qualifications

  • Experience in the energy or utilities sector
  • Technical education
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages would be an advantage
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to deliver effective training and support to team members
  • Proficiency in working with office software and CRM tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in a similar role or international business environment is beneficial
