With the guiding principle of “growth through decarbonization,” Techem Solutions GmbH and the AMADEUS Group are founding the joint venture “AMATec GmbH.” In doing so, both companies are setting an important strategic milestone for the climate-friendly transformation of the building sector.

Techem Solutions stands for cross-sector, energy-efficient provision concepts. In neighborhood solutions, the company combines low-CO₂ heat contracting models, optimized heating systems, and smart measurement technology. "Digitaler Heizungskeller") enable efficient operational management and reduce energy consumption in apartment buildings by an average of 15%. The joint venture aims to renovate joint projects along the entire value chain of heating, cooling, and water in terms of energy efficiency.
