Eschborn, June 5, 2026 – Techem, a leading service provider for smart and sustainable building solutions, has signed a sale and purchase agreement with Elevion Group B.V., Amsterdam (“Elevion”), for the divestment of Techem Solutions GmbH (“Techem Solutions”), a provider of integrated decarbonization and energy solutions for the real estate sector.
As part of the Techem Group, Techem Solutions is an established provider of heating contracting solutions in the German building sector. Operating around 2,600 decentralized energy generation systems, the company is technologically advanced and known for the reliable and economically efficient implementation of energy-saving measures.
Within the Techem Group, Techem Solutions operates as an independently positioned subsidiary and has long been active in the market on a standalone basis. In order to fully leverage its significant growth potential within an attractive market environment, Techem has explored various strategic partnership options.
As a result, Elevion and Techem Solutions will combine their capabilities to establish a scalable European platform. The parties intend to enter into a long-term strategic partnership with Techem. This collaboration will enable targeted investments in innovation, digitalization and expansion, while unlocking additional growth opportunities.

The closing of the transaction is expected in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
