Techem Atlas for energy, heat & water 2025

Decarbonization in existing buildings plays a key role in ensuring the success of the energy and heating transition. An open data economy is essential for this. In its in-house study, Techem provides reliable data on potential savings opportunities.

The Techem Atlas for Energy, Heat, and Water has evaluated data from around 100,000 buildings with approximately 1.1 million apartments from last year (2024). The study not only provides an up-to-date inventory, but also gives concrete ideas for municipal heat planning.

The most important findings and recommendations for action can be viewed here in the document. All documents and details can be viewed on this page.
