Techem Successfully Completes Sale of Techem Solutions and Focuses Its Portfolio on High-Growth Digital Energy Services

Eschborn, October 1, 2026 – Techem, a leading provider of intelligent and sustainable building solutions, has successfully completed the sale of Techem Solutions GmbH to the Elevion Group. Upon completion of the transaction, the company will operate under the name Elevion Energy and become part of the Elevion Group’s European platform for heating contracting and integrated energy solutions. The transaction closed at the end of September 30, 2026. Prior to this, all customary closing conditions had been met and the necessary regulatory approvals had been granted.

With the completion of the transaction, Techem is sharpening its strategic profile and will focus its investments even more strongly on digital energy data and efficient solutions in the future. In doing so, the company is strengthening its position as a technology and data partner to the real estate industry in the areas of energy efficiency and decarbonization.

As part of the transaction, approximately 100 employees will transfer to Elevion Energy, which will continue to be led by Holger Suschowk and his management team. Beyond this transaction, Techem and the Elevion Group are exploring further opportunities for collaboration.
